Fees (Gate Fees Cash Only)
 $10 Gate Passes/person/day ($30 Weekend Pass)
(Gate Fee $10 after 3pm Saturday)

*$30 Weekend Pass per person payable in full upon entering Friday and Saturday. If you are not staying for Sunday’s race wristband & gate receipt required for gate refund at the front gate upon leaving. You must exit Saturday to receive a refund.

WRISTBANDS must be worn at all times. You will need your wristband to register, practice, race and while on the property. If your band becomes tattered and worn, you may exchange it at the front gate with your receipt. Loss of armband will require the purchase of another.

All minors attending this event without parents must come with a notarized statement from parents or legal guardian giving permission for another adult to act as guardian to sign releases. See website for example under Minors Consent Tab.

Online Sign Up & Registration at Track:
1. Online Sign Up is open from Monday, January 6th through
Tuesday, January 14th 2020 (11:00pm).

2. Online Pre-Registration gives you the option to pay by Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
3. Registration (race weekend) accepts Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express or cash only. NO CHECKS.
4. To "finalize" race entry, Pre-entry riders (to include
parent/guardian/authorized adult if rider is a minor) MUST check
in at Registration (Scoring Tower) to sign releases and get
practice sticker before you will be allowed to practice or race.
5. (2) notarized parental consent statements are needed for
guardian/authorized adult to sign releases for minor.
6. ALL RIDERS must be present at registration wearing wristband
to register, sign releases and get practice sticker before you will
be allowed on track to practice or race.
7. Riders UMUSTU bring last 4 digits of VIN of every bike competing
on when registering.

 Age Effective: January 1, 2020
 No RV Hook-Ups
Camping Fee $15/night
 Water available for water tanks/power washers
 Village Creek Radio Broadcast 99.9 FM
 No Pit Bike riding.
 Must hold a valid driver license to drive Golf Karts or
Utility Vehicles. No Pit Bikes allowed.
 Permitted Pit Vehicles include:
o Golf Carts - MUST have Valid Driver License (DL) to
operate vehicle.
o Side x Side - MUST have Valid DL to operate vehicle.
o Scooter & Bicycles with helmet.
o All Permitted Pit Vehicles must be parked for the night
by 10:00pm.

Event Information:
Factory Contingency: Cob, Hon, Kaw, KTM, Suz, Huq & Yam.
 AMA Membership Required.
 AMA membership available at track or online at:
 Must compete in 4 of 5 Rounds to qualify for Overall
Series Awards and Contingency.
 Rider MUST attend last round to receive Overall Series
Contingency and Awards.
 Overall Series Awards for Amateur Classes 1st-7th
 Up to $4000 Purse Total: 250/Open A Pro Sport
 Payback: 100% - Vet 25+ A
 Event Awards for Amateur Classes 1st-5th
 No Trophies to Expert/Pro Classes
 2 Moto Format (Divisions if necessary)
 Points paid per Moto.
 Points Scale: 1st 25, 2nd 22, 3rd 20, 4th 18, 5th 16 and
one point scale from 6th through 20th.

Come on out to Village Creek Motocross Park in Ft. Worth on May 2, 2020 to run Conquer the Gauntlet. A challenging race at over 4 miles, this is sure to test your abilities. Tuesday Night & Sunday Organized Practice Events

On select Tuesday nights and non race weekends we offer organized dirt bike practice events on the main track, night track, trails*, and youth mini riding area*. Motocross practice sessions are organized into groups based on rider skill level. Big Bike A, Big Bike B, 65cc-85cc Youth, 50cc**.

The day and night track events are fully prepped, watered, and staffed with track and safety personnel.

Our youth riding area is open during practice events for new 65cc and 50cc riders. The mini track is designed to let young riders have fun as they practice riding. Youth and Adult riding lessons are available to be scheduled with with local pro riders!

*Trails and youth mini riding area are open riding sessions if open during events. Riders may enter and leave race track safely as they please. No organized time sessions based on skill level.*

**Dedicated 50cc practice on the main day track is typically only run before select race weekends. On event practice days 50cc riders are always  welcome to ride on the kids area mini track.**
